Mixing Instructions:

• Powder to Water Ratio:

  • 2 scoops of powder (18 gm) to 1 measure of water (36 ml).

• Timing:

  • Start of mix: 0 sec
  • End of mix: 40 secs
  • Load of tray: 60 secs
  • Tray in mouth: 60 secs
  • Final set: 2 mins (Total)

Additional Notes:

• All timings are recorded from the start of the mix.
• Water and room temperature at 25°C.
• Heat enhances setting, while cold retards setting.
