1. Prepare the Powder: Shake the container gently to loosen the powder. Fill the scoop without compressing it and remove excess powder using a dry spatula.
2. Measure Water: Accurately measure the required amount of water. Warm water accelerates setting, while cold water retards setting.
3. Mix: Add water to the powder and mix thoroughly until a smooth, uniform consistency is achieved.
4. Load the Tray: Transfer the mixed alginate onto the selected impression tray.
5. Take the Impression: Ask the patient to rinse with water. Position the tray correctly, press gently, and hold it in place until the material sets.
6. Clean: Once set, carefully remove the impression and rinse it under running water.
7. Cast Promptly: Pour the cast immediately after taking the impression for best results.

Storage

• Store the Neoalgin alginate powder in airtight container at a temperature of 5-27 °C
• Store away from strong acids, oxidizers, or airborne calcium dust to avoid clumping inside the container
• Do not leave the lid off or unsealed after dispensing
• Do not use past the expiration date
