• Prepare the Test:
  ➤ Open the test kit and remove the test device. Ensure the kit is at room temperature before use.

• Collect the Blood Sample:
  ➤ Use the lancet provided to prick the fingertip or draw a small amount of venous blood using a syringe.

• Apply the Sample:
  ➤ Place 1-2 drops of blood onto the sample pad of the test device.

• Add the Buffer:
  ➤ Add the recommended amount of buffer solution (usually 1-2 drops) to the sample pad.

• Wait for Results:
  ➤ Allow the test to run for 15 minutes. Do not read results after 20 minutes.

• Interpret the Results:
  ➤ Compare the color lines that appear on the test device with the provided results chart.

  • Positive Result: Two lines appear (control line and test line for PF/PV).

  • Negative Result: Only the control line appears.

  • Invalid Result: No control line appears.

• Dispose of the Test:
  ➤ Safely dispose of the used test kit and clean your hands.
