Prepare the Sample:
Use a sterile lancet to collect a drop of whole blood from the fingertip or venous source.

Add Blood to the Test Cassette:
Using the provided dropper, place the recommended numbear of drops (usually 1 drop) of blood into the sample well marked "S" on the test cassette.

Add Buffer Solution:
Add 2–3 drops of the buffer solution into the same sample well (refer to kit instructions for exact quantity).

Wait for Results:
Allow the test to run undisturbed on a flat surface. Results typically appear within 15–20 minutes.

Interpret the Results:

Two Lines (C & Pf/Pv): Positive for malaria (Pf and/or Pv).

One Line at C: Negative result.

No Line or Line at T Only: Invalid test (repeat with a new device).

Dispose Properly:
Discard used components in a biohazard container or follow proper medical waste disposal protocol.
