What's in the Box

50 Malaria Rapid Test Devices, Sample Droppers, Buffer Solution, Product Insert & Standard Diagnostic Kit Packaging.

The J. Mitra Advantage Malaria Rapid Card is a visual, rapid, and sensitive immunoassay designed for the qualitative differential detection of P. falciparum (HRP-2) and P. vivax (pLDH) malaria antigens in human blood. This diagnostic tool is intended for professional use as a screening test to assist in the timely identification of malaria infections.

Operating on the “sandwich” principle, the Advantage Malaria Rapid Card utilizes colloidal gold conjugated to specific monoclonal antibodies. The test incorporates monoclonal anti-P.f. HRP-2 antibody and monoclonal anti-P.v. specific pLDH antibody, which are immobilized on a nitrocellulose strip to capture target antigens from lysed blood samples.

Each pack includes 50 individually pouched tests, providing a convenient solution for diagnostic testing. The Advantage Malaria Rapid Card maintains product viability with a shelf life of 30 months when stored at temperatures between 4 to 30°C.
