The Abbott Mal AG P.F/PAN (D) Global Malaria Rapid Card is a rapid immunochromatographic diagnostic test designed for the qualitative detection of malaria infection. This kit, supplied as a Pack of 25 Test, identifies both the Plasmodium falciparum–specific histidine‑rich protein‑2 (HRP2) antigen and the pan‑malaria lactate dehydrogenase (pLDH) antigen, common to other Plasmodium species, directly from a small volume of whole blood. It enables the differentiation between P. falciparum and non‑falciparum malaria in a single test.
