Cocoheal is a patented, all-natural occlusive wound dressing made of bio-cellulose incorporated with coconut derived monolaurin. It is a moisture dressing and helps to maintain balanced hydration at the wound site while absorbing exudates. Its unique nano-fibrous structure provides a soothing effect to the wound site and the monolaurin helps prevent secondary infection and aids in the healing process. It is intended for use on non-healing and non-infected chronic or acute wounds such as diabetic ulcers, pressure ulcers, burns, ischemic wounds etc. Cocoheal helps to simplify wound care and aids in better cosmetic outcome as far as scaring is concerned.
