The Woodpecker LED D Curing Light Unit is specifically designed for dental applications. It utilizes the principle of ray radiation to rapidly solidify the light-sensitive resin, providing accelerated dental restoration and material solidification for dental whitening procedures. With its advanced technology and functionality, LED D Curing Light is a valuable tool in modern dentistry. The LED D Curing Light consists of a high-power LED, an optical fiber, and a main unit. It incorporates a digital screen, a time button, and various components to ensure efficient and precise operation during dental procedures.The primary function of LED D Curing Light is to emit high-power blue light, generated by a 3W LED light source, which delivers wavelengths ranging from 420nm to 480nm. This specific wavelength range is ideal for dental applications, enabling effective curing and solidification of dental materials. While using LED D Curing Light, it is essential to adhere to certain precautions. Direct eye exposure to the blue light should be avoided, and the light should be aimed straight at the composite resin for optimal solidification. LED D Curing Light offers multiple operating modes, including full power, ramping mode, and pulse mode, which can be selected using the mode button. The solidification time can be adjusted using the time button, with options ranging from 5 to 40 seconds. The power button controls the emission of blue light, allowing for precise control during dental procedures.The optical fiber should be sterilized before each use, while other parts can be cleaned using clean water or neutral sterilized liquid. The curing light is equipped with an over-heat protection system, allowing for continuous operation within specified time limits.

• Start by fully charging the device. Recharge the battery for at least 4 hours before the first-time usage.
• Familiarize yourself with the basic operation techniques and read the instruction manual carefully. Ensure that you have a general knowledge of dental restoration, dental treatment, and dental whitening.
• Install the components of the LED.D curing light as follows:
  • Take off the red cap from the optical fiber and insert the metal part into the front of the main unit, securely screwing the fiber to the end.
  • Fix the light hood on the bottom of the optical fiber.
• Set the working mode by pressing the mode button on the device. The corresponding indicator will turn on to indicate the selected mode. There are three working modes available:

• • Full power mode: In this mode, the blue light radiates at full power.
  • Ramping mode: The blue light power gradually increases and reaches its highest power 5 seconds later.
  • Pulse mode: The blue light works in a pulsating pattern.
• Set the solidifying time by pressing the time button on the device. You can choose from 8 different working times: 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, or 40 seconds.

• • If you select 5 seconds, the blue light will shine at a higher intensity (1500mW/cm² to 1700mW/cm²).
  • If you select 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, or 40 seconds, the blue light will shine at a slightly lower intensity (1000mW/cm² to 1200mW/cm²).
• To start or stop emitting the blue light, aim the optical fiber at the desired position and press the power button on the device.
• During the operation, you can stop the blue light at any time by pressing the power button.
• The LED.D curing light is equipped with a battery detect circuit. If low power is detected, the indicator on the device will blink, indicating the need for charging. Please charge the device promptly to ensure uninterrupted usage.
• After use, clean the optical fiber with a calico to remove any remaining resin and maintain its effectiveness.
• The LED.D curing light will automatically turn off if no action occurs within 2 minutes. You can turn it back on by pressing any button.
• Please note that the LED.D curing light emits a high-intensity blue light, so avoid direct irradiation to the eyes. Take precautions to protect the patient's eyes and wear appropriate eye protection when necessary.

Manufacturer/Importer warranty of 5 year Warranty (from the date of invoice) on PCB (Power Circuit Board) and 12 months warranty is applicable on all the parts of the product excluding physical damage as applicable for this product.
