Woodpecker iLED Plus Light Cure Unit

The Woodpecker iLED Plus Light Cure Unit is a high-performance dental curing device engineered for efficient and quality polymerization of dental resins. It is specifically designed for curing composite resins, including those with advanced photoinitiators such as TPO, and is suitable for applications like orthodontic brackets, porcelain veneers, and post-core adhesives. The unit features an upgraded wide spectrum emission range of 385nm to 515nm, which includes an additional 385nm to 420nm wavelength band, enabling effective curing of a broad range of resin materials.

This light cure unit incorporates a high-intensity LED light source and a durable metal head, ensuring consistent performance and longevity. It delivers ultra-rapid curing, solidifying 2mm of resin in just 1 second, supported by a constant power output and focused light output technology that concentrates energy for higher curing efficiency. For infection control, the device is designed for use with disposable sleeves.

1. Mode Selection: Press the mode button to choose Turbo Mode (P1) or Normal Mode (P2).
2. Preparation: Fit a disposable sleeve onto the curing light tip.
3. Curing Process: Point the tip at the restoration area and push the ON/OFF button.
4. Operation: Blue light will come out from the unit; countdown timer starts with an audible beeping every 5 seconds.
5. Stopping Light: Push ON/OFF at any time to end the curing cycle.
6. Low Power Alert: Display blinks if the battery level is low and needs to be charged.
7. Charging:
1. Insert the adapter into AC power (100V~240V)
2. Put the curing light on charging pedestal
3. Blue light emitted LED indicator while it charges
4. Indicator in the display goes to "1111" upon completion of a full charge
8.  Auto Shut-Off: It shuts off after 2 minutes of being left idle.

• Direct exposure to eyes to the emitted blue light must be avoided.
• Avoid working in more than 10 continuous cycles to avoid heating.
• Utilize only Woodpecker-approved parts and accessories.
• Discard the sleeves after each application for maintenance of sanitation.
