The iLED Plus Curing Light is a high-performance dental curing device designed to enhance curing efficiency and quality. With a maximum light intensity of 2300 mW/cm², it can cure 2 mm of resin in just 1 second, making it ideal for orthodontic brackets, porcelain veneers, and post-core adhesives. One of its key features is the extended wide spectrum emission range of 385nm to 515nm, which includes the new 385nm to 420nm wavelength band, enabling the effective curing of resins with advanced photoinitiators like TPO. This ensures optimal curing for materials such as Tetric N-Ceram Bulk Fill, Amelogen Plus, and ENA Hri, reducing the risk of resin shedding and incomplete curing. Directions for Use:

1. Mode Selection
•Press the Mode Button to select between the two available modes: oTURBO Mode (P1):

Light intensity: 2300 mW/cm² - 2500 mW/cm²

Select cure time: 1 or 3 seconds oNORMAL Mode (P2):

Light intensity: 1000 mW/cm² - 1200 mW/cm²

Select cure time: 5, 10, 15, or 20 seconds
2. Operating the Curing Light Put the disposable sleeve on the top of the main unit.
•Aim the top at the correct position on the tooth or restoration.
•Press the ON/OFF button to start the curing process. The unit will produce a "Bi" sound, and blue light will be emitted according to the selected mode.
•The countdown timer will begin, and a tone will sound every 5 seconds. The light stops when the countdown reaches 0.
3. Stopping the Blue Light
•You can stop the blue light at any time during operation by pressing the ON/OFF button.
4. Restarting a Working Cycle
•After a completed cycle, press the ON/OFF button to start another cycle.
•Caution: Do not operate the unit for more than 10 cycles consecutively to avoid overheating. Wait for the unit to cool down before restarting.
5. Low Power Detection
•The unit has a built-in low power detection circuit. When the power is low, the display will blink, indicating the need for charging.
6. Charging Instructions
•Connect the adapter plug to an AC100V~240V power supply.
•Plug the adapter's output into the DC 5.0V input on the charging pedestal.
•When connected, the logo turns blue, and the unit will start charging.
•Place the main unit on the charging point of the pedestal.
•The display screen will show a scrolling display during charging. Once fully charged, the display will show "1111".
7. Disposable Sleeve Disposal
•After each use, remove the disposable sleeve and dispose of it properly. Do not reuse the sleeve.
8. Auto Shut-Off
•The unit will automatically turn off after 2 minutes of inactivity. Press any button to turn it back on.
9. Curing Depth
•The iLED Plus curing light can solidify composite materials to a depth of at least 2mm per second of exposure time.
