Preparation: Ensure the device is fully charged before use. Verify that the light guide is clean and securely attached to the handpiece. Power On: Press the power button on the handpiece to turn on the device. Select Exposure Time: Choose the appropriate exposure time setting for the dental material being cured: 5, 10, 15, or 20 seconds, continuous mode (120 seconds), or tack-cure mode (1 second). Positioning: Direct the light beam towards the area requiring treatment, maintaining a safe distance from oral tissues. Curing Process: Hold the handpiece steady and activate the curing light. Ensure proper illumination of the treatment area throughout the selected exposure time. Post-Curing: After curing, deactivate the light and remove the handpiece from the treatment area. Repeat or Adjust: Repeat the process for additional curing as necessary or adjust the exposure time based on clinical judgment. Power Off: Turn off the device by pressing the power button on the handpiece. Charging: Recharge the handpiece by connecting it to the charger when the battery power level indicator shows a steady red light. Maintenance: Clean the light guide and handpiece regularly as per the manufacturer's instructions to maintain optimal performance. Storage: Store the device in a safe and clean environment, placing the handpiece on a flat surface when not in use. Safety Precautions: Follow all safety instructions provided in the user manual to prevent injury or damage. Use appropriate protective equipment such as goggles to shield eyes from intense light.
