Fourderm 20gm Cream contains Chlorhexidine Gluconate, Clobetasol, Miconazole, and Neomycin, and is used to treat inflammatory skin conditions associated with bacterial or fungal infections.

The Fourderm 20gm Cream contains:

• Chlorhexidine Gluconate 0.20%w/w (antiseptic)
• Clobetasol 0.05%w/w (corticosteroid)
• Miconazole 2%w/w (antifungal)
• Neomycin 0.5%w/w (antibiotic)

Dosage and Administration

1. Clean and dry the affected skin area thoroughly before application.
2. Apply a thin layer of the cream over the affected area.
3. Gently rub the cream into the skin until it is fully absorbed.
4. Apply 1-2 times daily, or as directed by your doctor.
5. Wash your hands thoroughly after application, unless your hands are the area being treated.
6. Do not cover the treated area with airtight dressings or bandages unless specifically instructed by your doctor.

Storage and Disposal

• Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
• Keep the cream below 30°C.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.
