The Ambu SPUR II product family is suitable for a comprehensive range of patients, from neonates through adults.
This resuscitator features a unique single-shutter valve system, providing reliable functionality and visual feedback of airflow during use. Its self-inflating bag, constructed from SEBS material, offers excellent recoil and can deliver up to 100% FiO2 when connected to an external oxygen source. The device incorporates a SafeGrip™ surface and an integrated handle, ensuring secure handling and helping to reduce user fatigue during prolonged ventilation.
The Ambu SPUR II is designed to be PVC and DEHP-free, aligning with environmental safety considerations. It is compatible with Ambu Disposable Pressure Manometers and PEEP Valves without requiring additional adapters. This device conforms to EN ISO 10651-4 and Council Directive 93/42/EEC, and holds U.S. FDA approval. Furthermore, it is MR Conditional for use in static magnetic fields of 7 Tesla or less, under specified conditions.
