Dosage and Administration

  1. Adults and children 12 years and over: Take one 10 mg tablet once daily. Do not exceed one 10 mg tablet in 24 hours.
  2. Children 6 to 11 years: The usual dose is 5 mg twice daily (half a tablet twice daily) or 10 mg once daily, as advised by a doctor.
  3. Method of administration: Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water, with or without food. Do not chew.
  4. Special populations: Consult a doctor for dosage adjustments in children under 6 years of age, or in patients with kidney or liver disease.

 

Storage and Disposal

  • Store tablets at room temperature between 20°C to 25°C (68°F to 77°F).
  • Keep the medication away from moisture, direct sunlight, and excessive heat.
  • Keep out of reach of children.

Precautions and Safety

  • This medicine may cause drowsiness. Avoid consuming alcohol, sedatives, or tranquilizers concurrently. Exercise caution when driving a motor vehicle or operating machinery until you know how this medication affects you.
