NO SCARS Cream 20gm contains Hydroquinone (2% w/w), Mometasone (0.1% w/w), and Tretinoin (0.025% w/w), and is used for the short-term treatment of moderate to severe melasma and other hyperpigmentation disorders.

Uses and Indications

The NO SCARS Cream 20gm contains:

• Hydroquinone U.S.P. 2% w/w (active ingredient).
• Mometasone Furoate I.P. 0.1% w/w (active ingredient).
• Tretinoin B.P. 0.025% w/w (active ingredient).
• Cream base q.s.

Dosage and Administration

1. Cleanse and dry the affected area of the skin thoroughly before application.
2. Apply a small amount of NO SCARS Cream to the affected area and gently massage it in until fully absorbed.
3. Use as directed by your physician, typically once daily at night.
4. Avoid contact with the nose, mouth, eyes, ears, or vagina.

Side Effects and Risks

• Common side effects may include irritation, itching, redness, burning sensation, and dryness at the application site.
• Other possible side effects include fissuring, erythema, pruritus, folliculitis, paresthesia, hypertrichosis, acneiform dermatitis, perioral dermatitis, allergic contact dermatitis, secondary infection, skin atrophy, striae, and miliaria.
• Rare but more serious adverse effects with prolonged use can include cataracts, glaucoma, HPA axis suppression, Cushing syndrome, hyperglycemia, intracranial hypertension, and exogenous ochronosis.
