Zyrop 10000IU Injection

Zyrop 10000IU Injection contains Recombinant Human Erythropoietin Alfa (10000IU), used to treat anemia caused by chronic kidney disease, cancer chemotherapy, and HIV infection treatment with zidovudine.

Dosage and Administration

1. Zyrop 10000IU Injection is administered either under the skin (subcutaneously) or into a vein (intravenously).
2. The exact frequency and dosage are determined by your doctor based on your body weight, hemoglobin level, and overall health condition.
3. This medicine is typically given by a nurse or doctor; do not self-administer.
4. Iron supplements, both before and during treatment, may enhance the effectiveness of this medicine.

Storage and Disposal

Precautions and Safety

Side Effects and Risks

• Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, fever, increased blood pressure (hypertension), headache, tiredness, dizziness, aches and pains, joint pain (arthralgia), edema, and stinging at the injection site.
• More serious side effects can include seizures, serious blood clots, stroke, heart attack, tumor growth, allergic reactions, kidney problems, liver problems, bone marrow problems, and pure red cell aplasia.
• Most side effects are temporary and resolve gradually; however, if they persist or worsen, consult your doctor immediately.
