Tazar 4.5gm Injection contains Piperacillin (4000mg) and Tazobactam (500mg), a combination of antibiotics used to treat various serious bacterial infections.

Dosage and Administration

1. Tazar 4.5gm Injection is administered by a healthcare professional; it is not for self-administration.
2. It is given as an infusion directly into a vein (intravenous route).

4. Ensure the injection area is clean and properly sterilised before use.
5. Administer by infusion over a period of at least 30 minutes.

Storage and Disposal

• Store in a cool and dry place, preferably at or below 30°C.
