This material is specifically formulated for the direct esthetic restoration of both anterior and posterior teeth.

Utilizing a nano-filler system, Endure Nano incorporates ytterbium fluoride mono-dispersed nano-sized particles, regular silica, and barium glass. The composite's high viscosity prevents sticking to instruments, while maintaining sufficient flow for adaptation to cavity walls during placement. The resin-based matrix contains approximately 19 wt% of Bis-GMA based dimethacrylate system.

This restorative composite is suitable for all classes of direct dental restorations, including Class I, II, III, IV, and V. The A1 shade is designed to match the VITA Shade Guide, facilitating natural-looking esthetic results.

1. Isolation

  • Isolate the tooth from saliva and moisture using a rubber dam or other effective isolation techniques to maintain a dry working field.

2. Cleaning

  • Thoroughly clean the cavity, removing:

    • All carious dentin

    • Debris and contaminants

    • Unsupported enamel (if present)

3. Bonding

  • Apply a suitable dental bonding agent or adhesive to the prepared cavity walls.

6. Finishing and Polishing

  • After complete light curing, refine the restoration using:

    • Finishing burs

    • Polishing discs

    • Polishing pastes

  • Aim for a smooth, lustrous surface and optimal esthetics.
