1. Prepare the Tooth Surface

  • Clean and isolate the tooth to ensure a contamination-free environment.

  • Apply the Septo-Etch (etchant gel provided in the kit) to both enamel and dentin surfaces.

  • Allow to sit for the manufacturer’s recommended duration.

  • Rinse thoroughly and gently air-dry. The tooth surface should appear frosty.

2. Apply the Dentin Bond

  • Apply the dentin bonding agent included in the kit to the etched tooth surface.

  • Gently air-blow to distribute evenly and remove excess.

  • Light cure according to the product instructions (typically 10–20 seconds).

3. Select the Appropriate Shade

  • Choose the most suitable shade of nano hybrid composite based on the patient’s dentition.

    (Available shades: A2, A3, B2)

4. Apply the Composite

  • Using the provided composite syringe, apply the material in incremental layers (ideally <2 mm per layer).

  • Carefully adapt and sculpt each layer to achieve the desired anatomy and contours.

5. Light Cure

  • Light cure each increment for the time recommended in the instructions (usually 20 seconds per increment).

  • Ensure proper polymerization to enhance strength and longevity.

6. Finish and Polish

  • Use finishing burs and polishing discs to refine the shape and surface texture.

  • Check occlusion and make any necessary adjustments to ensure comfort and function.

7. Use of Nano Flowable Composite

  • The nano flowable composite (shade A2, included in the kit) is ideal for:

    • Small restorations

    • Cavity liners

    • Sealing pits and fissures
