STERICRYL Sterile Monofilament Synthetic Absorbable suture composed of co-polymers of 75% Polyglycolide and 25% Polycaprolactone. PGA-PCL, Poliglecaprone 25 Violet/Undyed suture has high tensile strength. Unprecedented pliability and smooth passage through tissues. Dyed suture provides wound support up to 28 days and Undyed up to 21 days. It has a predictable and uniform absorption profile via hydrolysis, the suture retains approximately 60-65% (Dyed), 50-55% (Un-dyed) of its initial tensile strength after 07 days and 25-30% (Dyed), 20-25% (Un-dyed) of its initial tensile strength after 14 days is completely absorbed between 90 to 120 days. USP sizes available 2 to 4/0
