Dosage and Administration

  1. Take one capsule daily, or as prescribed by a doctor.
  2. It is best taken on an empty stomach, ideally 30 to 60 minutes before the first meal of the day, preferably in the morning.
  3. Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water. Do not crush, chew, or break it.
  4. Continue taking the medicine for the full duration recommended by your doctor.
