The Medtech Straight High-Speed Handpiece is an air-driven instrument engineered for efficient and precise removal of hard tooth tissue in various dental procedures. Integrated water spray cooling is a critical feature of high-speed handpieces, designed to prevent thermal damage to dental tissues during operation. This multi-port system creates a protective cooling halo around the rotating bur, ensuring patient safety and procedural efficacy.

For stringent infection control and patient safety, the Medtech Straight High-Speed Handpiece is designed to be heat sterilized. Dental health care personnel are recommended to clean and heat-sterilize handpieces between each patient, typically through autoclaving at 134°C for a minimum of 5 minutes.
