The Medilytic Biomedicals Koshbio HCG-Mini Rapid Card is a rapid immunoassay designed for the qualitative detection of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) in urine, providing a reliable tool for early pregnancy detection. This test is intended for professional in vitro diagnostic use.

Operating on the principle of immuno-chromatography, the test utilizes a two-site immunoassay on a nitrocellulose membrane. It incorporates colloidal gold conjugated with anti-hCG and Rabbit IgG, with anti-hCG and Goat anti-rabbit IgG immobilized on the test and control line regions, respectively. The device selectively detects elevated levels of hCG in urine through a combination of monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies.
