1 x Luting cement Refill
Ivoclar Vivadent Multilink Speed Refills Resin Luting Cement is a self-adhesive, self-curing composite resin cement, offering a light-curing option for enhanced flexibility in clinical procedures. This dental adhesive is engineered for the permanent cementation of indirect restorations, providing a reliable solution for various prosthetic scenarios.
The cement is indicated for a broad spectrum of restorative materials, including metal and metal-ceramic restorations such as inlays, onlays, crowns, bridges, and endodontic posts. It is also suitable for high-strength all-ceramic restorations, specifically zirconium oxide, lithium disilicate, and aluminium oxide ceramics for crowns, bridges, and endodontic posts, as well as fibre-reinforced composite endodontic posts. Furthermore, Multilink Speed is applicable for cementing restorations on implant abutments. Its self-adhesive properties eliminate the need for additional dentin bonding agents or primers for certain materials, simplifying the application protocol.
Dispensed from an automix syringe, Multilink Speed facilitates a time-saving direct application of the luting material into the restoration, ensuring a consistent mixing ratio. The formulation incorporates advanced photoinitiators, promoting rapid polymerization under light activation, which contributes to reduced chair time. The working time intra-orally at 37 °C ± 1 °C is 110 ± 30 seconds, with a setting time of 160 ± 40 seconds (without working time).
Key Features :
Self-adhesive, self-curing composite resin cement with an optional light-curing mode for permanent cementation of indirect restorations
Indicated for metal, metal-ceramic, high-strength all-ceramic (zirconium oxide, lithium disilicate, aluminium oxide), and fibre-reinforced composite restorations, including those on implant abutments
Automix syringe delivery system enables time-saving direct application and a consistent mixing ratio
Intra-oral working time of 110 ± 30 seconds and setting time of 160 ± 40 seconds at 37 °C ± 1 °C
Exhibits high bond strength on zirconia, metal, and dentin, even without light activation, and maintains high bond strength values on both dry and moist dentin
High radiopacity allows for easy differentiation from dentin and enamel, aiding in the detection of residual cement and secondary caries
