Ivoclar Vivadent Multilink N Refills Resin Luting Cement - Transparent is a universal luting composite designed for the permanent adhesive cementation of indirect restorations. This dual-cure resin cement is dispensed from an automix syringe, offering a consistent mixing ratio and straightforward application.

Multilink N is indicated for a wide range of indirect restorations, including inlays, onlays, crowns, bridges, and endodontic posts. It is suitable for various materials such as silicate and oxide ceramics, metal, metal-ceramics (PFM), and composite resins. Its self-curing mechanism with an optional light-curing component makes it particularly effective for situations where light access is restricted, such as with opaque glass ceramics or metal alloys.

The system, when used with Multilink N Primer A and B, establishes a strong and long-lasting bond to tooth structure, achieving high bond strength on enamel and dentin within ten minutes. The "Transparent" shade ensures esthetic results, blending seamlessly with natural tooth color.

Clean & Prepare:
Remove temporary cement, clean cavity, rinse and gently dry.
Try-In:
Check fit, shade, and occlusion of restoration.
Ensure proper isolation.
Restoration Pre-Treatment:
Clean and dry restoration.
Apply ceramic/metal primer (e.g., Monobond N) if required.
Primer Application (Tooth):
Mix Multilink N Primer A + B (1:1).
Apply to tooth surface, scrub, air disperse (no light cure).
Cement Application:
Dispense Multilink N using mixing tip.
Apply to restoration.
Seating:
Seat restoration with gentle pressure.
Excess Removal:
Remove excess immediately or after brief tack curing.
Final Curing:
Allow self-curing or light cure margins (~20–40 sec).
Finishing:
Polish margins and check occlusion.
