GDP Uniklave Plus 2 13.5 Litres Top-loading Fully Automatic Autoclave

GDP Uniclave Plus 2 is a bench type vertical autoclave suitable for all clinics. The autoclave is easy to operate without hassles. This is fully automatic, indigenous designed autoclave having an electronically controlled panel with a programmable integrated circuit chip. Its energy-saving heater is automatically switched off and on to maintain the temperature inside the vessel. Temperature sensing is done directly through R. T. D and the autoclave body is made of aluminum sheet with no joints.

The handles, release valve knob and housing is made of special grade nylon material for better grip and heat resistance. Bench type vertical autoclave which is compact, suitable for all clinics & Nursing home. They are easy to operate without hassles. The main difference is that the 2.0 model has a digital display. 

Fill the Autoclave: Pour Distilled or RO water into the chamber until it reaches the height of the sensor.

Load the Chamber: Place the sterilization drum (provided with the autoclave) inside the chamber.

Start the Cycle: Press the Start button to initiate the fully automatic heating and sterilization cycle.

Sterilization Process: The cycle operates at 121°C temperature and 15 PSI pressure.

Cycle duration: 16 minutes.

IC-controlled heater ensures precise and consistent sterilization.

All cycle parameters and temperature are displayed in real time on the LCD screen.

Completion & Alert: A 60-second buzzer will sound to indicate the end of the sterilization cycle.

Post-Cycle Procedure:

Press the Cancel button.

Release the steam manually using the valve at the top.

Carefully remove your sterilized instruments from the chamber.
