1. Shade Selection

This product is supplied exclusively in Shade A2.
Clean the tooth surface with pumice and water before isolation.

2. Cavity Preparation

Prepare the cavity using standard clinical techniques.
Dry the prepared area gently using oil-free air.
For pulp capping, use calcium hydroxide.

3. Bonding Procedure

Use a light-cured bonding agent such as GC Fuji Bond LC, Unifil Bond, or G-Bond.
Follow the bonding system manufacturer’s instructions carefully.

4. Placement

Remove the syringe cap and dispense material onto a mixing pad.

Place the material into the cavity using a suitable placement instrument.

After dispensing, turn the syringe plunger anticlockwise by half a turn to release internal pressure.

Clean any excess material from the syringe tip and replace the cap immediately.

Important Notes:

If the product was stored cold, allow it to reach normal room temperature before use.

After dispensing, avoid exposing the material to ambient light for too long.

For deeper or larger cavities, apply and cure the material in increments.

5. Contouring Before Light Curing

Contour the uncured material using standard techniques before starting the curing process.

6. Light Curing Instructions:

Use a light-curing unit. For Shade A2, cure each layer as follows:

With a high-intensity LED light (around 1200 mW/cm²), cure for 10 seconds.

With a standard LED or halogen unit (around 700 mW/cm²), cure for 20 seconds.

With a plasma arc light (around 2000 mW/cm²), cure for 3 seconds.
The effective depth of cure for Shade A2 is approximately 2.5 mm, and around 3 mm with plasma arc curing.
Always place and cure in layers for optimal polymerization.

7. Finishing and Polishing

Once fully cured, finish and polish the restoration using standard procedures.
