The Finecare Prolactin Rapid Quantitative Test is an advanced fluorescence immunoassay (FIA)-based prolactin test. It is designed for accurate and rapid quantitative measurement of prolactin (PRL) in human whole blood, serum, or plasma. This test supports the evaluation of pituitary endocrine function, aiding in the diagnosis of pituitary disorders, infertility, and other hormone-related conditions. It is intended for use with Finecare FIA Meters.

Each kit contains 25 sealed test cartridges for prolactin test, sample dilution buffer, capillary droppers or pipette tips, ID chip for calibration, and detailed instructions for use.

1.      Collect whole blood, plasma, or serum sample as per standard protocol.

2.      If using whole blood, centrifuge if required for serum prolactin test preparation.

3.      Add specified sample volume into the test cartridge.

4.      Insert the ID chip into the Finecare FIA Meter for calibration.

5.      Place the cartridge into the analyzer.

6.      Read quantitative prolactin blood test results within approximately 15 minutes.

·       Do not reuse cartridges.

·       Store between 2–30°C. Avoid freezing.

·       Follow universal biosafety precautions during collection and disposal.
