Clexane 40mg 0.4ml Injection contains Enoxaparin 40mg, a low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) used as an anticoagulant to prevent and treat harmful blood clots.

• Prevention of blood clots in the extracorporeal circulation during haemodialysis.
