The 3M™ Littmann® Classic II Paediatric Stethoscope (2153) is engineered as a dependable clinical tool for the physical assessment, monitoring, and diagnosis of smaller patients, including infants and children. This instrument is specifically designed for use by pediatricians, neonatologists, NICU nurses, and other medical professionals to identify, listen to, and study heart, lung, and other body sounds.

Featuring a dual-sided chestpiece with a small 3.3cm diaphragm, the stethoscope delivers high acoustic sensitivity for both high and low frequency sounds through its versatile floating diaphragm and open bell design. The chestpiece features a "Rainbow Finish", complemented by a "Caribbean Blue Tube", and the stethoscope has an overall length of 71 cm.

Patient comfort is enhanced by a non-chill rim and diaphragm. The stethoscope is constructed with latex-free materials, accommodating allergy-sensitive users. Its resilient next-generation tubing is resistant to skin oils and alcohol, less prone to staining, and does not contain phthalate plasticizers, contributing to a longer product life.
