• Live Freeze Dried Lactic Acid Bacteria and Bifidobacteria (112.5 Billion CFU per capsule), a blend of 8 strains including Streptococcus thermophilus, Bifidobacterium breve, Bifidobacterium longum, Bifidobacterium infantis, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus paracasei, and Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus.

Dosage and Administration

1. Dosage: Take in a dose and for the duration as advised by your doctor. Usual adult dosage is 1-2 capsules, up to four times a day.
2. Administration: Swallow the capsule whole with water, with or without food. Do not crush or chew. Avoid taking with hot or fizzy drinks, as heat may reduce probiotic viability.

Storage and Disposal

• Store in a refrigerator at 2-8°C (36-46°F) to preserve potency.
• It can remain at room temperature (up to 25°C/77°F) for up to 1-2 weeks without significantly reducing effectiveness.
• Keep out of reach of children.
