The Volk Speciality Slit Lamp Lens Rapid SLT (VMSLT) is engineered for Selective Laser Trabeculoplasty (SLT) procedures, providing enhanced detail and efficiency for the treatment of the trabecular meshwork in glaucoma management. This innovative lens facilitates simultaneous views of the trabecular meshwork and iridocorneal angle, streamlining the treatment process and reducing the need for lens rotation.

Featuring a four-mirror design with total internal reflection technology, the Rapid SLT Lens incorporates a Broadband A/R Coating to ensure optimal light transmission and minimize reflections for clear visualization. The lens offers an image magnification of 1.0x and a laser spot magnification of 1.0x, ensuring consistent laser spot size, power density, and treatment size during procedures. Its mirror angles are 4 x 62°.

Designed as a reusable clinical instrument, the Volk Rapid SLT Lens is built for durability and repeated use with proper care. It is compatible with slit lamps and suitable for use with Q-switched frequency doubled Nd:YAG 532 nm lasers for SLT, as well as Argon lasers (488/514 nm) for ALT. This device meets US FDA regulations 21 CFR 820 and is classified as a Class 1 device under 21 CFR 886.1380, 510(k) Exempt.
