Dosage and Administration

1. Vactyph Vaccine is administered as a single 0.5 ml dose intramuscularly.

3. The vaccine should be administered at least 14 days prior to potential exposure to typhoid infection.
4. A booster dose is recommended every three years for individuals who remain at continued risk of typhoid fever.
5. This vaccine should not be self-administered; it must be given by a healthcare professional.
