Side Effects and Risks

• Common side effects include swelling in ankles or feet (edema), headache, sleepiness, dizziness, tiredness, back pain, nausea, and upset stomach.

• Serious side effects are rare but may include a severe drop in blood pressure, irregular heartbeats, or unexplained weight gain.
