SDI LC Powder & Liquid Restorative Kit

The SDI LC Powder & Liquid Restorative Kit is a light-cured, resin-reinforced glass ionomer restorative cement (RMGIC) engineered for a comprehensive range of dental restorations. This kit combines a specialized powder and liquid formulation to provide practitioners with a reliable restorative material, offering a balance of strength, handling characteristics, and esthetics for optimal clinical outcomes.

This versatile material is indicated for minimal Class I, II, and III restorations, Class V restorations, deciduous teeth restorations, geriatric restorations, core build-ups, and root surface restorations. It can also serve as a base or liner, a pit and fissure sealant, and is suitable for semi-permanent fillings, as well as a restorative or base under permanent restorations. The kit allows for customizable shade matching, enabling practitioners to achieve precise color harmony with natural dentition for aesthetically pleasing results.

The powder and liquid components are designed for hand mixing, offering a working time of approximately 130 seconds (2 minutes, 10 seconds) at 23ºC/74ºF from the start of mixing. This formulation provides excellent tooth adhesion, sustained fluoride release for remineralization, and high compressive strength. The material is light-cured, with a recommended curing time of 20 seconds, facilitating a command set.
