SafeEndo CalciCure Calcium Hydroxide Paste, presented in convenient 2 x 2gm syringes, functions as an advanced intracanal medicament for effective root canal therapy. Developed by SafeEndo, this paste combines high-quality calcium hydroxide with a user-friendly formulation, ensuring precise application and therapeutic efficacy.

The paste forms an alkaline medium with a pH of 12.8, which provides a sustained antibacterial effect and facilitates the formation of a dental-cement barrier. This environment supports the growth and formation of tooth roots, regeneration of bone and periapical tissues, and stimulates the formation of secondary dentine. CalciCure is a radiopaque filler, which allows for clear control of the material within the canal during X-ray examinations.

CalciCure is indicated for the treatment of pulpitis in permanent and temporary teeth with incomplete root growth (apexogenesis), and for the formation of an osteoid-cement barrier during the treatment of irreversible pulpitis and all forms of chronic apical periodontitis. It is also suitable for apexification, apexogenesis, temporary root canal fillings, temporary disinfectant dressings in root canal obturation, indirect pulp capping, management of deep caries lesions, direct pulp capping, and cavity lining applications.
