Roche Trop T Sensitive Cardiac - Pack of 5 Tests

The Roche Trop T Sensitive Cardiac test is a qualitative immunological rapid test designed for the specific detection of cardiac troponin T (cTnT) in anticoagulated venous whole blood. This immunoassay serves as an aid in the risk stratification and diagnosis of myocardial infarction, including both ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) and Non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI), in patients presenting with chest pain or suspected acute coronary syndrome.

Every Trop T test kit contains:

• 5 separately sealed, sterile test cassettes
• Buffer reagents in sealed vials
• Disposable sample droppers  

1. Let the test kit and sample come to room temperature.
2. Add the specified amount of blood, serum, or plasma sample into the sample well with the dropper.
3. Add buffer solution as instructed.
4. Wait for 10–15 minutes and read results as indicated by visible control and test lines.
5. Dispose of materials used safely according to biomedical waste protocols.
6. Always refer to the user manual and institutional testing procedures.
