Omron Healthcare Co., Ltd. certifies that the HEM-6161 (HEM-6161-AP) is substantially equivalent to the clinically validated HEM-6181, employing the same algorithm for blood pressure determination. However, independent peer-reviewed clinical validation for the HEM-6161's specific measurement technology has not been found.
