Built from robust zinc-alloy gauge housing infused with triple-distilled mercury.The reinforced rubber bulb and bag are crafted from high-grade, PVC-free rubber.Two cuffs—one with extra Velcro—ensure a secure fit across broad arm sizes.

1. Position the cuff snugly (22–42 cm range) on the bare upper arm with Velcro secured.
2. Place the stethoscope’s chest piece over the brachial artery.
3. Inflate the cuff rapidly to about 30 mmHg above the expected systolic level.
4. Slowly release pressure using the thumb valve
5. Check for Korotkoff sounds through a stethoscope.
6. Register the first sound (systolic) and the moment it disappears (diastolic).
7. Deflate fully, remove cuff, and store the kit in its case.

• Always apply the cuff to a bare arm not over clothes
• Inflate enough to occlude pulse, over-inflation may cause discomfort.
• If the mercury gauge is damaged, avoid touching it and prepare for proper disposal.
