The Medivent Grand is a state-of-the-art Anaesthesia Workstation with high-end ventilation capabilities and advanced safety features. Designed to ensure patient safety and comfort, this workstation integrates Hypoxic Guard to maintain at least 25% oxygen in the Fresh Gas Flow (FGF).The Oxygen Failure Protection Device (OFPD) prevents hypoxia by shutting off the flow of Nitrous Oxide (N₂O) in case of O₂ failure, triggering both visual and audio alarms.

This compact workstation can operate efficiently at a low Fresh Gas Flow (FGF) of 500 ml per minute while maintaining precise tidal volume delivery. The integrated ventilator supports the Pressure Regulated Volume Control (PRVC) mode,which combines Pressure-Controlled and Volume-Controlled Ventilation to minimize lung damage due to barotrauma while delivering the required tidal volume.

With Dynamic Compliance Compensation, the ventilator makes breath-to-breath corrections to maintain an accurate tidal volume, adapting to lung compliance variations.Additionally,the Fresh Gas Flow Decoupling (FGD) technology ensures that the tidal volume remains unaffected by changes in fresh gas flow.The compact footprint makes it ideal for modern operating rooms, ensuring seamless usability and reliability.
