J.Mitra Day 1 Dengue Rapid Card - Pack of 10 Tests

The J.Mitra Day 1 Dengue Rapid Card is a rapid immunochromatographic diagnostic kit designed for the early detection of dengue infection from the first day of fever. This in-vitro diagnostic test simultaneously detects Dengue NS1 antigen along with IgM and IgG antibodies in human serum or plasma, aiding healthcare professionals in identifying both primary and secondary dengue infections quickly and accurately. The test leverages advanced immunochromatographic technology for qualitative detection.

This rapid test is capable of identifying all four Dengue serotypes (DEN-1, DEN-2, DEN-3, and DEN-4). It is intended for in vitro diagnostic use only and utilizes human serum or plasma samples. The kit, provided as a "Pack of 10 Tests", supports timely clinical decision-making and effective dengue management.

Each pack contains:

• 10 individually sealed rapid test cards
• Buffer solution for test processing
• Instruction manual for proper use

1. Sample Collection: Collect a blood sample using a sterile lancet and capillary tube.
2. Applying the Sample: Place the blood sample into the sample well of the rapid card using the provided dropper or pipette.
3. Adding Buffer: Add the specified amount of buffer solution to the buffer well to initiate the test.
4. Incubation: Wait for the designated incubation period (a few minutes) for the results to develop.
5. Result Interpretation: Interpret the test results as per the manufacturer's instructions, noting the presence or absence of dengue-specific antigens.
6. Disposal: Dispose of the used rapid card and all disposable components in compliance with biohazard waste disposal guidelines.
