Ivoclar Vivadent Tetric N-Flow Syringe Refills provide dental professionals with a high-quality flowable composite resin designed for a range of restorative applications. This light-curing, radiopaque nano-hybrid composite is meticulously formulated with nano-optimized technology, offering exceptional handling characteristics and esthetic results. It is suitable for direct permanent restorations, including use as an initial layer under Class I and II restorations, anterior restorations (Classes III, IV), and Class V restorations such as cervical caries, root erosion, and wedge-shaped defects.

The Tetric N-Flow Syringe Refills ensure ease of use and controlled dispensing, allowing for efficient application during dental treatments. Its excellent wetting behavior facilitates convenient and precise placement, even in areas with difficult access, while maintaining outstanding stability, particularly for Class V restorations. The material is designed to be applied in layers of a maximum thickness of 2 mm, or 1.5 mm for dentin shades.

Tooth Preparation: Clean and isolate the tooth. Prepare the cavity as required.
Etching: Apply 37% phosphoric acid to enamel (15–20 seconds) and dentin (10–15 seconds). Rinse thoroughly and gently air dry.
Bonding: Apply a compatible bonding agent evenly. Air thin and light cure as per manufacturer’s instructions.
Composite Placement: Dispense the flowable composite directly using the syringe tip. Apply in controlled increments not exceeding 2 mm.
Light Curing: Cure each layer using a suitable curing light for the recommended time.
Finishing & Polishing: If required, overlay with a universal composite, then finish and polish to achieve proper contour and smooth surface.
