Ivoclar Vivadent Eco-Etch Etchant is a 37% phosphoric acid etching gel designed for precise enamel and dentin conditioning in a wide range of restorative dental applications. This formulation is crafted to ensure optimal surface activation through controlled micro-etching, which increases the surface area for bonding and supports reliable, durable restorations.

The etchant is suitable for use in the total-etch technique, preparing tooth surfaces for composite restorations, resin or all-ceramic inlays/onlays, veneers, crowns, bridges, and fissure sealings. Its thixotropic consistency allows for controlled application without dripping, while its blue color provides high contrast for accurate placement and easy rinse-off, minimizing the risk of over-etching.
