Dynatroy Aq 75mg Injection contains Diclofenac (75mg), a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used for the short-term relief of pain, inflammation, and swelling.

Dosage and Administration

1. Dynatroy Aq 75mg Injection is administered by a doctor or nurse; it is not for self-administration.
2. It can be given as a deep intramuscular injection, typically into the upper outer quadrant of the buttock. If multiple doses are required, alternate the injection site.
3. It may also be administered intravenously as a slow infusion after dilution, not as an intravenous bolus injection.
4. The usual dose is 75mg once daily. In severe cases, a second 75mg dose may be given after 6 hours, but the total daily dose should not exceed 150mg.
5. This medicine is for short-term treatment only and should generally not be given for more than two days by the parenteral route.

Side Effects and Risks

• Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, headache, dizziness, constipation, dyspepsia, diarrhea, rash, limb pain, and injection site reactions (pain, swelling, redness).
• Serious but rare side effects can include gastric or intestinal ulceration with bleeding, severe skin reactions (e.g., exfoliative dermatitis, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis), and aseptic meningitis (particularly in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus or mixed connective tissue disorders).
