Cipzox Tablet contains a combination of Chlorzoxazone (500mg), Diclofenac (50mg), and Paracetamol (325mg), used to relieve painful muscle spasms and inflammation associated with musculoskeletal conditions.

Dosage and Administration

1. Take one tablet with food, two or three times daily, or as prescribed by your doctor.
2. Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not chew, crush, or break it.
3. Always complete the full prescribed course of treatment.
4. If a dose is missed, take it as soon as remembered. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one and do not double up.

Storage and Disposal

• Store below 30°C, protected from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture.
• Keep out of the sight and reach of children and pets.
• Do not use after the expiry date.
• Do not discard medicines in wastewater or household garbage.
