Dentsply Zelgan Advanced Dental Alginate is a dust-free irreversible hydrocolloid impression material, supplied in a 453gm package, designed for creating precise preliminary dental impressions. This material is utilized by dental professionals to produce accurate negative molds of a patient's teeth and oral structures.

These impressions are fundamental for the fabrication of various dental restorations, including crowns, bridges, and dentures, as well as for creating study models, models of the opposing arch, and working models for orthodontic appliances and removable prostheses. The advanced formulation of Zelgan Advanced is engineered to offer enhanced detail reproduction.

Working and Setting Time: Provides a working time of 30 seconds and a setting time of 2 minutes 30 seconds.
Impression Technique: Compatible with alginate tray adhesives to enhance retention in the impression tray, and immediate pouring is recommended for optimal dimensional accuracy.

Transfer the contents into a suitable container.
Dip scoop lightly into the powder. Tap scoop against rim to ensure full measure without voids. Scrape excess ff with spatula to achieve level scoop.
Spatulate the measured powder and water till the mixture is creamy.
Have patient mouth rinsed with warm water, insert filled tray, press gently into position, muscle trim and hold immovable till stickiness vanishes.
Break seal and snap impression from mouth.
Rinse impression under running water till it is free from saliva and debris
For better results pour cast immediately. If later pouring is necessary, wrap impression in wet towel. Do not store the impression in water.
