Your Advantages

Brand: AGEasy

Country of Origin: India

All traditional BP monitors, including the other models in the AGEasy line, utilize the same design: a monitor unit that sits on a table, connected to an arm cuff with a tube. You sit at the proper angle, place the unit where you can reach it, wrap the cuff around your arm, adjust it, and press a button. For the majority of users, this design is sufficiently functional. But for those with limited mobility, or who need to take BP readings frequently, or for those who find the table and tube setup a sufficient reason to skip a monitoring session, this design doesn't work. The AGEasy Arm BP Monitor eliminates the separate unit at all. The monitor is built directly into the cuff. You wrap it around your left upper arm, and the display is exterior. Press a button. The built in voice then states the systolic BP, diastolic BP, and pulse rate in complete sentences. This information is also displayed on the large multi-colored LED Display, which also has a WHO-standard color classification range for BP.Prior to the inflation of the cuff, the display has a Cuff Wrapping Guide which confirms if the cuff is positioned correctly. This is the most common and most significant source of inaccurate results that most home BP monitors lack. The indicator solves this problem before it can occur.Memory stores readings for two primary users and a guest user, accommodating households where three people may need to track history. An AVG function calculates the average of recent readings. A physical mute/unmute toggle on the side of the device controls the voice without navigating settings. The internal rechargeable battery charges via Type-C from any USB source: wall adapter, power bank, laptop, or car charger. At 350 grams and 16.7 x 9 x 6.3 cm, the unit fits in any bag with the cuff already attached.Memory is designed for two main users and a guest user accommodating households where multiple users need to track their history. Each main user has a dedicated personal history. A guest user does not. Average auto-calculation uses the AVG function. A mute/unmute switch on the side mutes the voice as it sides away from the settings. The unit uses a physical mute/unmute switch. The internal battery is rechargeable via a type C port. It can charge as you go via a power bank, wall adapter, etc. The device comes with a cuff. The device itself is 16.7 x 9 x 6.3 cm. It weighs 350 g. It fits in most bags.A total of 30 verified users have reviewed the product, with an average of 4.8/5. Backed by a 1-year manufacturer warranty and a 7-day no-questions-asked return and replacement policy. Marketed by Antara Assisted Care Services Limited, Gurugram.

Please note: The voice output is provided in English only. This device is intended for prescribed home monitoring. It is not meant to be a substitute for regular clinical visits. If your readings are high, do not change your medication. Instead, send your doctor your data.

Key Features:
Built-In Monitor in the Cuff: No Tube, No Separate UnitThe display is a part of the monitor cuff. Once the cuff is placed on the upper arm, the display is naturally positioned on the outer surface facing the user. There is no separate unit to be placed on a table, no tube to work with, no need for a measurement surface to be leveled. This product makes it possible to take the measurement with no special setup at all. Users with limited mobility of the arm and users who need to take measurements multiple times a day at different locations will benefit the most from this tube-less design. Also, the design greatly reduces the friction point for regular home blood pressure monitoring.

Cuff Wrapping Guide Indicator:Before inflation, a Cuff Wrapping Guide indicator will light up to confirm the cuff has been positioned correctly on the arm. With most home BP monitoring, mistakes occur here. An inflated, positioned, but loose cuff will deflate and produce a seemingly valid, but ultimately, meaningless reading. The Guide catches this preemptively, and not post-reading. This feature, without a doubt, elevates the reading accuracy for self-monitoring participants.

Smart Talk-Back Technology: All Three Values Spoken Aloud:Following measurement, the device verbally reports the user’s systolic and diastolic pressures and pulse rate. The device states, “Your systolic pressure is [value]. Your diastolic pressure is [value]. Your pulse rate is [value].” Each measurement is stated and none are omitted. Should a user wish to mute the device, a physical toggle is located on the side of the device. This toggle will mute the device without needing to navigate through the settings menu.

Multi-Colour LED Display with WHO Hypertension Classification Bar:The device display reports systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, pulse rate, and time, while also indicating battery levels and memory status. A horizontal row of LED dots, color-coded from green to yellow to red, displays a WHO BP classification range. No need to memorize numbers for diagnosis. The device display color, along with the verbal measurement reporting, provides instant context.

3-User Memory: 2 Users Plus Guest Mode

This device has 3 modes: 2 primary user modes with one memory bank each, and a Guest Mode, which can be used by a third person. While using Guest Mode, a family member, caregiver, or doctor can take a reading without using either primary user's memory bank, and their history is not altered. The device employs an average (AVG) function to show the average of the latest readings from either primary user.

Hypertension and Heartbeat Irregularity Indicators

If the readings of primary users are indicated as hypertensive, the device will give an alert, and the hypertensive reading will be shown with the WHO colour bar. Irregular heartbeat readings are those with an irregular measurement pulse. Neither indication is a diagnosis, but are suggestions of something to be tracked and discussed with a doctor in the next check-up.

Rechargeable Internal Battery, Type-C Charging

A rechargeable, built-in battery with no removable compartment is provided by the device. The supplied Type-C charging cable can be plugged into a standard USB power source (in a wall, a power bank, a laptop, a car, etc). Users who travel a lot or keep the device in multiple rooms will appreciate that the device does not use a proprietary or specific battery.

Error Indicator and Cuff Wrapping Confirmation

If a measurement is disrupted by movement, irregular inflation, or a positioning error, an error indicator shows, and the device will not return an unreliable measurement. This, coupled with the pre-measurement cuff wrapping guide, helps the device eliminate the two major causes of inaccurate at-home measurements: an improper cuff position and the wrapping of the cuff itself.
