- Sit comfortably on a chair with your back supported.

- Ensure the BP monitor is powered ON and ready for use.

Step 2: Apply the cuff correctly
- Wrap the cuff around your upper arm, 2 inches (5 cm) above the elbow.
- The cuff should be snug but not tight; maintain a 2-fin-ger gap between the cuff and your elbow.
- Place the cuff directly on the skin (do not wear it over thick clothing).

Step 3: Position your arm
- Rest your arm on a table or flat surface.
- Keep your palm facing upwards.

Step 4: Take the measurement
- Press the START button.
- Remain still and quiet while the cuff inflates and deflates.
- Do not talk, move, or clench your fist during measurement.

Step 5: Read the results
- Note the Systolic Blood Pressure, Diastolic Blood Pressure and Pulse Rate.
- For more accurate results, take 3 readings with a 1–2 minute gap and record the average.

Power & battery:
- Use only new Alkaline AAA (LR03) batteries or the ones provided with the product.
- If using a power adapter, it must be USB Type-C, Input: 120–240V, 50–60Hz, Output: 5V ~ 1A.
- Do not use phone fast-charging adapters or high-watt adapters.
- Avoid low batteries or poor-quality adapters, as they may affect accuracy.

Do's:

- Measure at the same time every day
- Sit comfortably with back supported
- Keep your arm resting on a table, palm facing up
- Ensure the cuff is snug, not too tight

Don'ts:

Use cases: Daily home blood-pressure tracking; caregiver-assisted readings for seniors; two-person household monitoring; physician-guided hypertension management; follow-up at home after a doctor visit; self-management of hypertension.

Troubleshooting:
- E3 error: Ensure the pipe connection is facing correctly and air can flow properly. Make sure the cuff is fully deflated before applying it; keep only a two-finger gap between cuff and skin. Place the cuff directly on the skin. Take the average of three readings. If the issue persists, return the unit for repair or replacement under warranty.
- Low battery error: Use only new Alkaline AAA LR03 batteries. If using an adapter, confirm it meets the specification (Type-C, 120–240V, 50–60Hz, 5V 1A). Do not use fast-charging phone adapters.
- Inaccurate readings: Check posture (seated, back supported, feet flat, arm at heart level), correct cuff placement, stay still and silent, wait 2–3 minutes between readings, avoid measuring right after exercise, meals or caffeine, and verify batteries/adapter."
