Your Advantages

Brand Bayer

Verquvo 10mg Tablet contains Vericiguat (10mg), a soluble guanylate cyclase (sGC) stimulator used to treat chronic heart failure in adults. It helps reduce the risk of cardiovascular death and hospitalisation due to worsening heart failure symptoms.

Benefits

Verquvo 10mg Tablet works by stimulating a protein in the body called soluble guanylate cyclase (sGC). This action relaxes blood vessels, improving blood flow and making it easier for the heart to pump blood effectively. It is particularly beneficial for patients who have recently experienced a worsening heart failure event, such as hospitalisation or the need for intravenous diuretics.

Uses and Indications

  • Treatment of symptomatic chronic heart failure in adult patients with reduced ejection fraction (less than 45%).
  • Reduces the risk of cardiovascular death and heart failure hospitalisation following a recent worsening heart failure event.

The Verquvo 10mg Tablet contains:

  • Vericiguat 10 mg (active ingredient).
  • Inactive ingredients include microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, and sodium lauryl sulfate. The film coating contains hypromellose, talc, titanium dioxide, and ferric oxide yellow.
