The Tynor Functional Knee Support - XL Grey D09 is an anterior opening device engineered to provide controlled compression around the knee, rigid lateral support, and immobilization. It facilitates normal flexion and free movement of the knee joint. This knee support is indicated for managing knee discomfort from sports injuries, supporting knee stability post-surgery or after injury, and assisting in recovery from ligament injuries, meniscal tears, joint hypermobility, instability, and chronic osteoarthritis pain.

Constructed with a bi-axial heavy-duty aluminum hinge, the support mimics the natural knee joint, ensuring full weight bearing and allowing free flexion movement. The four-way stretchable fabric provides controlled and comfortable compression without vaso constriction. Its open patella design releases patellar pressure and holds the patella in position.

The wrap design with anterior closing facilitates easy application and removal, particularly beneficial for swollen or asymmetric knees, and allows for customized compression. An ergonomic design with anti-tourniquet straps ensures no constriction to blood flow and provides a better grip of the product to the body.
