• Tolterodine Tartrate IP 2mg (Extended Release Pellets) as the active ingredient.
• Inactive ingredients may include sucrose, starch, hypromellose, ethylcellulose, medium chain triglycerides, oleic acid, gelatin, FD&C Blue #2, and yellow iron oxide.

Dosage and Administration

1. Take Toltafox ER 2mg Capsule orally once daily with water.
2. Swallow the capsule whole; do not crush, chew, or open it, as this can affect its extended-release properties.
3. The dose may be adjusted by a doctor based on individual response, tolerability, or in the presence of certain medical conditions like mild to moderate hepatic impairment, severe renal impairment, or concomitant use of potent CYP3A4 inhibitors.

Storage and Disposal

• Anaphylaxis and angioedema (severe allergic reactions) have been reported; seek immediate medical attention if symptoms occur.
• Avoid alcohol consumption while taking this medication, as it can increase the risk of side effects.
• This medication may reduce sweating, increasing the risk of heat stroke. Stay hydrated and dress lightly in hot weather.

• Common side effects include dry mouth, headache, constipation, abdominal pain, dry eyes, blurred vision, dizziness, drowsiness, and tiredness.
